Kalkar Pond and the surrounding wetland reside in the historic Kalkar Quarry, adjacent to UC Santa Cruz. It is owned by the Springtree Homeowners Association. The Kalkar Pond Stewardship cares for the land through habitat enhancement, community building, advocacy and other efforts. This website is not managed by the Springtree HOA.
